Villanova University knows a thing or two about winning championships, and Regupol knows a thing or two about the proper flooring for sports facilities. It’s no surprise that in 2013, Villanova turned to Regupol to install 18mm AktivPro Roll in both their Basketball’s Davis Center weight room, and their football team’s varsity weight room.

The AktivPro Roll was installed over existing 9mm sports flooring. Underlayments were used to shim the heights of the crash and inlaid logo platforms of the flooring. A total of twelve platforms were installed with two sets of drop zones.

“Our training facility currently utilizes the Regupol AktivPro Roll system for our weight room flooring and inlaid platforms,” says John Shackleton, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Villanova Basketball. “ The AktivPro roll system has provided our team with the ability to train at a high level while greatly enhancing the aesthetics of the room.”
